 Hwy 41 is right beside Lake Superior in some places.

The SSAers all arrived in Marquette with a few hours of each other and we are all staying at the same hotel.  It was a nice drive but Ray & I were nervouse that we would not make it to the gas station. We did make it, probably on fumes.  The weather is sunny, windy & cool.  We are looking forward to the events that start tomorrow.

Take a close look at the sign: Snowfall totals for each year. The highest was 490 inches.  I am so glad that we live in Georgia!
